The outcome was foreign registered vehicles are forbidden to purchase RON 95 or lower petrol as it is still heavily subsidized by the government.
This has been in place for a couple of months. However if you see a Singapore registered car pumping RON 95, don’t assume that you can do it too. The reason these Singapore registered car owners are allowed to pump RON 95 is because they are Malaysian’s working in Singapore with vehicles registered in Singapore.
